Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and respectful General Laborer to join our small, hard-working team in Kapaa. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks to support our daily operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and general site upkeep. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting up to 75lbs, standing/sitting/kneeling/reaching for long periods of time. Using basic tools and working with your hands. Must be able to pass a federal background check. Comfortable working collaboratively within a small crew.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including washing pots and propagation trays.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sanitizing surfaces and sweeping/mopping floors.
Assist with cultivation tasks.
Lift, move, and organize materials and equipment as needed.
Work effectively and respectfully as part of a small team.
Follow instructions and safety procedures.
Other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry objects of varying weights.
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
Respectful and professional demeanor.
Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively within a small team.
Willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks.
Work Schedule:
